Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
  2. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery and in its original packaging to avoid damage. 
  3. Tracking information must be provided once item(s) have been posted. 

Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Reason for the return request 
  5. Once our customer service team respond with a plan of action, and when instructed, securely package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

Refunds

3.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:
