   • Item(s) to be returned
   • Reason for the return request
3. Once our customer service team responds with a plan of action, and when instructed, securely package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

Refunds

3.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:
